Ayuradhar — Product Design, UI/UX & Branding | We All Need Design
Ayuradhar — Modern Intelligence. Timeless Ayurveda.

Ayurveda is one of the world’s most complete systems of medicine, but today it’s practised in pieces. Patient records sit in different places, the quality of medicines and treatment varies, and it’s often unclear how clinical decisions are made.

Ayuradhar partnered with WAND to bring these pieces together.

WAND helped design a mobile-first digital platform connecting doctors, patients and pharmacies, while enabling compliant medical workflows and efficient clinic operations for a vernacular audience.

In other words, a patient app that works on basic phones and for all reading levels. Patients find a doctor by name or health problem, see the doctor’s qualifications first, and book in-person or video visits with equal ease.

Goal

Create a scalable digital consultation platform that supports —

  • Doctor onboarding & verification
  • Patient onboarding & discovery
  • Digital diagnosis & prescription
  • Medicine ordering and logistics
  • Continuous patient engagement

Combined journey

Combined journey flow — landing, onboarding, dashboard, discovery, consultation, prescription, EMR, engagement

Solution

A patient-side flow built for low-end devices and mixed literacy — discovery by doctor or by health concern, a doctor profile that leads with credentials, and booking that keeps physical and video consults on equal footing.

It was a pleasure engaging with Santosh around the UX for our product. He brought a thoughtful and mature approach, always working closely with engineers without drawing scope boundaries. He was cheerful, flexible and open to debate and feedback. I particularly enjoyed how he innovated to bring multiple perspectives, and helped us think through problems together.
